Even great leaders, at times, are unclear about the next step for their church. In fact, many times leaders constantly move to the most popular ministry model of the day looking for something that might work at their church. But what if you could create your own ministry model based on your God given strengths and the unique needs of your community? Our goal is to help you establish a missional model of ministry to your community. Our strategic planning process begins once we have assessed the leaders dream, the congregations strengths, and the needs of the local community. The assessment includes research, questionnaires, and on site visits from one of our advisors. Once we understand your context, we work with you to develop a customized, comprehensive strategy for your church.
