Leadership Development
A strategic plan can only become a reality when there is sufficient leadership to implement the plan. We work with churches on identifying peoples strengths and placing them in the right leadership roles. More specifically, we utilize Clifton Strength Finders as a tool to strategically form your leadership teams. The goal is to create roles around your members rather than slot them for ministry positions. In addition, we are certified by the Gallup Organization to offer Leadership Excellence. LE is a three year leadership development process that increases member engagement significantly. Churches who have gone through LE have seen their members invite more people, give twice as much, and volunteer for ministry service.
