Our goal is to see leaders and churches become successful. Our goal is to walk you through the strategy and help you navigate through the chaos of church life. Coaching is essential to your success. For example, after three years of a new church, church planters who received coaching had congregations that were twice the size of those pastors who did not receive coaching. We understand that every pastor or leader needs a coach to stay focused and receive the support they need to face the ministry challenges that await them. Each advisor at Church Strategy Design is a certified ministry coach.
