Over the years, weve met numerous, gifted leaders who have a heart for God. They are well read, attend conferences religiously, and truly have a desire to reach people in their community. But for many of these leaders, they get stuck or hit a wall. They have adapted the latest ministry models and best practices but they are quite sure how that fits in their context, the people in their church and the people in their community. God has given every leader a directive, a dream, an aspiration to be fulfilled in their ministry context. Church Strategy Design was started to help leaders clarify that dream and offer pragmatic handles in making that God given dream become a reality.
