spend time with leaders and those in your community that you are trying to reach. There are a number of tools that we use in order to gain the information needed to help you put a strategic plan together. CASE STUDIES_Our Latest ProjectsPUTTING THE PIECES TOGETHERMISSION CHURCHPastor Ryan and Megan Frazier 'parachuted' into NW San Antonio, Texas to start a new church. With a dream in his heart to plant Mission Church in 2007, Ryan hired us to develop a strategy to start Mission Church. CSD developed his fundraising, gathering and assimilation plans to get Mission Church off the ground. The church launched in September of 2008. Several months later, with over 70 decisions for Christ and an average attendance of 240 people, Mission Church is poised for Kingdom impacting work in their community.LIFE CHURCHPastor David and Miriam Mayoral were about to close the doors to Bird Road Baptist Church. Pastor David hired us to help relaunch a decling church in Miami, Florida. With a dozen people left in the church, CSD developed his restart strategy in 2008. The church changed its name, relocated, rebuilt a core and started a series of gathering events. Life Church Miami currently has grown from 12 people to over 175 people in worship and over 40 decisions for Christ!AVIATOR CHURCHPastor Joe and Michelle Boyd felt called by God to start a church in Wichita, Kansas. Knowing few people in the area, Pastor Joe and Michelle knew they needed help in starting this new church. They hired CSD to assist them in developing a customized strategy from their community. Aviator church started in September of 2008. Today, Aviator Church has had over 80 decisions for Christ and running 250 people in attendance.
